About the RSA Certificate in Queensland

The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required for anyone who serves, supplies or promotes alcohol commercially in Queensland. The nationally accredited unit is SITHFAB021, Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol, but renewal rules are set by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR).

Your SITHFAB021 Statement of Attainment does not expire once issued, no periodic renewal is required in Queensland.

Important: RSA requirements differ by state. Check your current renewal status with the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) directly, working with an expired certificate can expose both you and your employer to liability.
