The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required for anyone who serves, supplies or promotes alcohol commercially in New South Wales. The nationally accredited unit is SITHFAB021, Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol, but renewal rules are set by Liquor & Gaming NSW.
Your RSA competency card must be renewed every 5 years via an approved online refresher course, currently around $40.
